What is your return policy?

We thrive to provide only items that are of high quality and items that have been inspected prior to shipping. There may be, on occasion, reason for a refund. Postage on all return is paid by the customer unless the item ordered is not the item received or is defective.

No returns accepted after 21 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 8 business days after your return is received. An email will be sent confirming your refund.

Refunds are made to the customer's credit card or through PayPal depending on how payment was made.

Refunds are not offered on closeouts and sale items.

Refunds may be issued on apparel if the item is received back in its original condition (i.e. orignal tags attached with no signs of wear).

A store credit can be issued upon request.

Can an order be rushed?

To expedite an order, there is an additional $10.00 fee for orders totaling $100.00 or less. Please email us or call if a rush order is needed. NOTE: this pertains to processing time NOT shipping time (see shipment options)
